Fiscal Information

The Grand Rapids Area Basketball Association (GRABA) operates as a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization within the State of Minnesota, dedicated to supporting and developing youth basketball in the community. To maintain this tax-exempt status and ensure full compliance with regulatory standards, GRABA is required to file annual financial disclosures with both the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office. In alignment with these legal obligations and a commitment to organizational transparency, the association makes its financial information and annual reports available to the public upon request.
