Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

4-6 Travel Basketball

There are no fees for tryouts and no commitment to play. Once an offer is made and accepted to play travel the fees are non-refundable.

Grade K-2 House League

Refunds are not eligible after games commence.

Grade 3-6 House League

Refunds are not eligible after games commence.

Middle School Travel

Once team have been set and the offer has been accepted there will be no refunds for travel season. This is due to the calculations for sharing gym time and tournament costs.

Hoops Club

There are no refunds for GRABA fees once the season has started.

Timberrrrr Tournament

Refunds will be allowed until 12/17/2025 for team that paid via credit card.
